As you are aware things are constantly changing and the government is updating us constantly with new guidance to keep us as safe as possible. New Government guidelines will be coming into effect from Wednesday 2nd of December 2020. We at Twins will do our best to adhere to the new guidance. Therefore, from Wednesday 2nd of December 2020:
• Last orders for food and drinks will be at 10:00 PM
• We will only be accepting booking for groups up to 6 people
• We need contact details from one person in the group (Name, Phone Number)
• All customers will be required to wear facemasks when not dining or seated at a table
• Children under 11 years old are exempt from the facemask rule

Just to give our customers peace of mind, Twin Palace will be putting additional measures to ensure our customers are safe whiles dining in our restaurant. These measures include:
Cleaning & Sanitising
• Surfaces sanitized between seatings
• Common areas deep cleaned daily
• Disposable menu provided to every guest
• Sanitiser or wipes provided for customers
• Contactless payment available
• Sealed or wrapped utensils used
Social Distancing
• Limited number of seated diners
• Distancing maintained in common areas
• Extra space between tables
• Staff will be wearing facemasks while serving
• Sick staff prohibited in the workplace
